Fog Bandit SEA

Application

Automotive &Dealerships

Glass-fronted showrooms, with keys and parts on the same site.

01

Challenge

What environment are we dealing with?

A dealership holds three different targets on one site: vehicles behind glass, keys in an office and high-value parts in a store. Most of it is visible from the street, and the showroom is designed to be seen into.

02

Risk

Why does it matter?

Key theft and showroom entry are quick and rehearsed, and are finished well before a response arrives. Recovery then depends on tracking a vehicle that has already left rather than on stopping it leaving.

03

Solution

How does Fog Bandit help?

Fog Bandit triggers from the existing alarm panel. Key safes, offices and parts stores are covered by the compact 320, which can be installed entirely out of sight; open showroom floors by the 240 DB in tri-nozzle or downward configuration. A standalone flash unit can be added where the frontage justifies visible deterrence.

04

Outcome

What is the intended benefit?

Keys, stock and exit routes stop being findable. An attack built around a two-minute window loses the visibility that window depends on.

Typical configuration

A starting point, not a prescription. Final selection depends on the volume, ceiling height and mounting constraints of the actual site.
